Led by Robert W. Gluck, the former Middlesex County prosecutor, the Criminal defense group represents individuals and corporations in investigations and prosecutions throughout New Jersey. We are regularly retained by corporations to conduct internal affairs investigations to detect improprieties and to recommend strategies for the implementation of compliance programs.
The criminal defense team has defended against prosecutions and investigations of alleged insider trading, anti-trust violations, government procurement improprieties, environmental crimes as well as FDA, political and commercial corruption cases.
