Lance is a Partner in the firm and an experienced member of our Litigation Department.
His practice involves a wide variety of civil, commercial and complex litigation, at both the trial court and appellate levels.
Lance has handled all phases of litigation on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, before state and federal courts. Representative matters include disputes involving contracts, real estate, shareholders, partnerships, debtors' and creditors' rights, fraud claims, land use and construction claims. Several of these cases have resulted in reported decisions.
Lance received his Bachelor's Degree from Emory University in 1988. He earned his Law Degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1992.
He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
Lance is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New Jersey and New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
