Mr. Ward is a partner in the Firm's Litigation Department and specializes in the litigation of complex commercial disputes in various venues, including trials, appeals, arbitrations and mediations. He has successfully represented corporations and individuals from a wide variety of industries, including national and international manufacturers and distributors, real estate developers, publishers and entrepreneurs. His cases have involved a broad range of legal matters including partnership and shareholders disputes, complex contract claims, real estate disputes as well as intellectual property, maritime and estate litigation.
Mr. Ward has enjoyed success at both the trial and appellate levels. He has successfully tried a number of cases in federal and state courts in New York and New Jersey. He is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District of New York. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from William Paterson College and received his law degree from Rutgers Law School-Newark, where he was an articles editor for the Computer & Technology Law Journal.
