Richard formerly a partner, is now Of Counsel to the firm and is the resident attorney in our Florida office. Richard specializes in real estate, probate and corporate and business law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and his law degree from Columbia University School of Law. Richard is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Florida, and is a member of the Union County, Essex County, New Jersey State, Florida State and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Richard has served as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court District Ethics Committee and as a Trustee of the Union County Bar Association. He served as Chair of the Real Property Committee of the Essex County Bar Association.
