Chairman of the Construction Litigation Group, Richard is a senior litigator with many years of experience as a distinguished commercial litigator. He specializes in complex commercial and real estate litigation as well as public and private sector construction litigation. His clients include many of the largest construction contractors in New Jersey and he has been involved in many precedent-setting cases including cases on behalf of residential and commercial real estate developers.
Richard currently serves a mediator in matters assigned from the Superior Court in all counties in New Jersey.
Richard received his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 1959 and his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1962. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the Essex County, New Jersey State, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations.
