Phillip specializes in civil litigation and employment law. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002 and his B.S. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1994. He also received a B.S. in Nursing in 1999 from Deaconess College of Nursing and is a registered nurse. In 2002, he was admitted to practice law in New Jersey State Courts and in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
