Joseph has significant experience in litigation, primarily personal injury, products liability and worker's compensation. He has tried hundreds of matters to conclusion. Joseph also handles all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, domestic violence, custody, support, parenting time, adoptions and pre-nuptial agreements.
Joseph is a graduate of Wagner College (1972) and Penn State University Dickinson School of Law (1976). He is a member of the New Jersey and Federal Bar, as well as the Middlesex County Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers. He has been a member of the Middlesex County District Ethics Committee and the Middlesex County Fee Distribution Committee. Joseph has also been a Middlesex County Personal Injury arbitrator on many cases.
Joseph has also served on the Board of the Rutgers Preparatory School in Somerset, New Jersey.
