Manny represents clients in workers' compensation, personal injury, commercial and residential real estate, criminal (Municipal and Superior Court). He is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish. Before joining the firm in 1993, he worked as an attorney with the Union County Prosecutor's office for four years. He is currently a Councilman in the City of Elizabeth, representing the First Ward. He was originally elected to City Council in 1994 and began his fourth term in January 2007. He is the firm's resident attorney in the its Union County office located in Elizabeth. Since January 2002, Manny has been the Public Defender for the Borough of Roselle's Municipal Court.
Manny received his B.A. degree from Seton Hall University in 1988 and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law, Newark in 1991. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1992 and is a member of the New Jersey State (Criminal Section) and American Bar Associations. He also is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
