JOSEPH DISCENZA is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney with extensive trial experience in both the Civil and Criminal arenas. He is the head of the personal injury and Co-chair of the criminal practice groups. Mr. Discenza specializes in all areas of Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation with a special emphasis on motor vehicle and slip and fall accidents. He also specializes in work related accidents and workplace accidents. He has been representing individuals injured as a result of the negligence of others for over thirty (30) years.
Mr. Discenza is Co-Chair of the criminal practice group. Mr. Discenza has over thirty (30) years experience in representing those accused of crime in both the State and Municipals Courts of New Jersey. Mr. Discenza specializes in all types of criminal prosecutions in the State courts as well as the defense of DWI/DUI and other serious offenders in Municipal Courts. Mr. Discenza also specializes in both the prosecution and defense of domestic violence matters.
Mr. Discenza is also the Co-chair of the domestic violence practice group. Mr. Discenza has been prosecuting and defending domestic violence matters for over fifteen (15) years. With his extensive experience in the criminal arena, where he has been representing those accused of crime in both State and Municipal Courts for over thirty (30) years, he brings a unique perspective to domestic violence matters, many of which have a criminal component.
