Gary specializes in commercial and residential real estate transactions, corporate and business entity formations, contract preparation and review, commercial and residential leasing, sale and acquisition of business entities, as well as trademark and copyright practice, preparation and negotiation of technology agreements, including software licensing, and intellectual property practice. Prior to joining the firm, Gary was an associate with a prominent Wall Street firm.
Gary received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and graduated Magna cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. He is admitted to practice before the New Jersey Bar and the New York Bar, and he is also admitted to practice before the Federal District Court of New Jersey, the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
